Rabecca did a fantastic job helping us get a house in Colorado Springs. The market here is a lot more competitive than the small town we moved from. She helped us figure out a lot of options within our hyper-competitive price range. She is very knowledgeable about the process and real estate law. Once we were under contract, she was our advocate and fought on our behalf against lazy and uncooperative mortgage underwriters and appraisers so we could close on time.
