SOCIAL MEDIA SERVICES:
$50 Canva Creation– need an image, video, flyer or social post made for your marketing? Send me your ideas and any info you want included and and I'll make the graphic For you. Final product can be emailed or sent via messenger for you to download, save and share as desired. Price may vary depending on size of project & details but that will be discussed up front.
$200/month Social Media Canva Template– 8 social posts customized and created FOR YOU ready to download & set for posting will be shared or emailed to you 5 days prior to the applicable month. This will include text for posting and some links back to your website/landing page for audience engagement.
*$25- addon Auto Post Social Media w Canva Template – don't want to post or set up the social posts yourself? (per social channel) I will pre-set each post from the custom canva Template to auto post throughout the month for you.
LOFTY ACCOUNT SET UP & WEBSITES:
$250 Lofty Account Set Up – Connect all possible Integrations, set up System notifications & automations, CRM setup and domain connection, complete Agent Profile with Bio, photo and contact information.
$150 Website Agent Subdomain Setup Only – Connect Agent Subdomain and web profile with contact info, biography and any necessary Logos. If an agent owns a unique subdomain to FWD this can be included in set up as well.
$300 Website Custom Agent site Set Up & Design- using a unique domain (must be pre-purchased but I can provide instructions on how to do this affordably) to website and personalized website design for your business goals including 4 custom landing pages for both website display and lead generation/social media purposes.
$150 Full Website Update - when rebranding or simply looking for a new look I will change your photos, logo and overall website design for a beautiful new refreshing Site.
$50 Individual Landing Pages Only- Landing page design and setup for specific listing search, neighborhood feature, community events, blog/ newsletter, contact/sponsorship information….
(Depending on type of Lofty account Landing Pages can be displayed ON website directly or just shared as a link via text, email or QR code)
$500 THE WHOLE SETUP PACKAGE- includes ALL Initial Lofty set up for CRM system, custom Website and Landing Pages.
+$25 Per New Integration/Information Update needed after initial account set up.
LOFTY SMART PLANS – Automation & Lead Engagement:
$200 each or $350 for both Auto Smart Plans
Warm Lead Nurture- 1 Buyer & 1 Seller Smart plans set up to auto apply and run for 1-5 months depending on desired contact attempts. Smart Plan will include auto generated texts & emails reaching out to the lead attempting to trigger lead response. Set behavior trigger options will auto pause the Smart Plan and allow Agent to take over communication once lead responds or also move lead to alternative pipeline.
Cold Lead Nurture- 1 Buyer & 1 Seller Smart plans set up to auto apply and run for 6-12 months depending on desired contact attempts. Smart Plan will include auto generated texts & emails reaching out to the lead attempting to trigger lead response. Set behavior trigger options will auto pause the Smart Plan and allow Agent to take over communication once lead responds or also move lead to alternative pipeline.
$225 each or $400 for both Warm & Cold Lead Nurture Agent Tasks Smart Plans:
Warm Lead Nurture- 1 Buyer & 1 Seller Smart plans with some auto generated communication from the Auto Smart Plans but also assigns follow up tasks to the Agent or Co-Agent desired. Plan will run for 1-5 months depending on desired contact attempts. Agent will be responsible for completing necessary tasks assigned or Smart Plan will not progress. Set behavior trigger options will auto pause the Smart Plan and allow Agent to take over communication once lead responds or also move lead to alternative pipeline or assign task for Agent to adjust lead details accordingly.
Cold Lead Nurture- 1 Buyer & 1 Seller Smart plans with some auto generated communication from the Auto Smart Plans but also assigns follow up tasks to the Agent or Co-Agent desired. $75 per Client Follow Up Smart Plan- Automation/Agent Tasks- can be a combination of, or one vs the other. These Smart Plans are designed to connect with clients (past or present) for birthdays, anniversaries, special occasions or set communication deadline desired by agent by using automated texts, emails, tasks to reach out/call or agent reminders.
$600 THE WHOLE SMART PLAN PACKAGE – (8-10 total) Includes a combination of Auto Communication & Agent Task oriented Lead Nurture Smart Plans AND Client Follow Up Plans with Lead Source customization and Auto Apply features turned ON.
$300/month Monthly Lofty Management Services – (Does not include initial Set Up, Listing Packages, or Transaction Plans.) This DOES include regular management of Smart Plans, monitoring lead activity and creating tasks/notes for Agent activity within the system to increase lead conversion. This also includes holiday emails/messages being sent out to your database as well as 2 posts/week to social studio using available landing pages & local listings to generate leads/lead activity!
LISTING PROMOTION PACKAGES:
(listing packages can be paid at closing)
$75 Unique Listing Landing Page – Set up with specific listing property information as well as neighborhood data. Will include Open Houses, any virtual tours or videos and MLS photos for the property. A digital report will be created and set up to send (daily/weekly/monthly) to the seller showing clicks, views and online interaction and any generated leads for the listing landing page.
$50 Open House Tech Setup Only- Set up landing page for advertising the Open House and Digital Open House Sign in Form that can be accessed on an agent's device by URL, QR code or Text Code. Contactless option is also available. Lead Routing will be auto applied for any leads from landing page or open house form, but no smart plans will be applied with this option.
+$15 for each additional Open House if needing the Open House Page customized to VIP Neighbors/Public & Broker Open
$25 Facebook Event Setup– Set up Facebook Event for the Open House and include on Listing Landing Page (will need your login for FB page)
$50 Facebook AD Setup– Set up Facebook Ad for the listing advertising OR Lead Generation. This cab include a FB Lead form OR direct to Lofty Landing Page of your choice. (I will need your login for FB page and DOES NOT INCLUDE AD SPEND COST) ((this also does not include monitoring the AD progress OR leads as they come in. Make sure you're set up or prepared or include the smart plan package))
$100 Full Listing Package- Includes Unique Listing Landing Page for Property advertising Open House with Live Countdown/FB Event display option. Includes Digital Open House Sign in Form for listing that can be accessed on an agent's device by URL, QR Code or Text Code. A contactless option is also available. Lead Routing & Initial Contact Smart Plan available will be auto applied for leads coming in from all Listing Landing pages, FB Ads or Open House forms.
Buyer/Seller Under Contract/ Transaction Management
(Can be paid at closing!)
$50 Under Contract Smart Plan- Set up weekly dates & deadline updates to client once Under Contract (NEED A CONTRACT FOR THIS TO APPLY) Emails can be sent to Agent as well as clients.

$70 Transaction Checklist & Tasks – Set up reminders, tasks and checklists assigned to the Agent/co-agent on Transaction to follow for the remainder of your transaction. Let Lofty be your TC! (Does not automatically update if there's any changes to contract - you will need to update me To make any changes asap)
Real Estate Listing/Buyer Services (EXIT AGENTS ONLY)
$350 - Listing Open House: Includes Social Marketing & FB Ad for upcoming scheduled Open House. Set up of food & drinks as well as running the 2 hour event is all included. All Buyer Leads from online marketing as well as in person attendance goes to YOU in Lofty with a smart plan for follow up auto applied.
$250 - Buyer Assistant: if you are overwhelmed with buyers I can help! Add me as an assistant in Lofty to your buyers that just can’t seem to narrow down their properties of interest. I can take a look at their property searches, schedule showings and even be the showing agent for you on up to 5 Showings. I will observe their Lofty activity, apply necessary smart plans and contact them as needed to get them ready to purchase! ($35 for any additional showings after first five)
$250- Lead Management/Conversion: I will work to qualify leads & confirm they are ready to move forward in the process by making consistent phone calls, emails & texts as well as monitoring the applicable Smart Plans I will apply in Lofty. I will nurture a relationship with potential clients on your behalf; answering their questions, providing information and keeping them engaged within Lofty until they are ready to make a decision. I will then schedule any necessary appointments, showings and/or appointments with You as their Buyer Agent as well.
* This price is for 30 days of services. It can be a regular monthly recurring cost OR 1 time fee.
50% total cost due up front when ordering services. The remaining amount is due when the product is delivered. Exceptions will be recurring monthly costs (due 25th of each month for services provided the following month) Payment arrangements can be made to break down total package costs.
