Top 3 Must Haves, Realtor Edition

As a REALTOR®, days can get real tough and hectic. These tools are definitely on my must-haves as they help me survive on a daily basis! Not to mention if you are a brand new agent, take a minute to read through some of these tools that have helped me become successful with my business when I was just starting out as well.

1. Technology provided by EXIT Realty - an absolute must-have is going to be technology related nowadays. With EXIT Realty, we are given a beautiful App for our own use as an agent, but also for our clients to use when searching for a home. This App is SO useful when connecting with clients/leads or networking with other professionals. It is simple as 1-2-3 right at your fingertips. We also have #mobilebusinesscards which allow us as agents to immediately send our contact information in a very modern and user friendly way via text, rather than needing to dig through our purse or bag for a printed business card. These tools immediately set you up for success as an agent in our industry.
2. CHIME CRM & Tools-  a good CRM is truly  the key to building your business and nurturing your clients and/or cold leads. CHIME does an amazing job providing a detailed system to organize and connect with leads in your database. Once sorted, you are then able to set up automatic campaigns where the system will reach out consistently via email, text or phone call. This system takes a hot second to learn, mainly because there are so many things you can DO with it, but they provide a ton of training and amazing help sections online. 
3. the Buffini Show Podcast -  Brian Buffini, and his respective family members who participate alongside him now, are so amazing and inspirational to me, especially when I was starting out as a fairly scared, lost and broke brand new real estate agent.  His testimony of coming over from Ireland with only a few dollars to his name and how he worked his tail off to earn every ounce of luxury he enjoys today. This man is truly brilliant and inspiring. Listening to a few tips from him each day, or whenever you are driving in the car.... trust me, you can not go wrong. Not only are his words so intelligent and pertinent in todays market, but paired with his beautiful Irish accent, I could listen to him all day and walk away feeling rich.

Having the right tools definitely help me get things done successfully in less time. If you are a veteran agent, you can attest that TIME is precious to you as a Realtor, so learning to delegate certain tasks to either an assistant, co-agent OR smart CRM system that can automate messages and communication follow up is going to be huge for your success.  Do you research as best you can and find the systems that will work best for you. What works great for me may not be anything you would choose to use in your business.
